• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays will ship the following Monday

We do everything we can to ensure safe arrival, but international shipments are taken at your own risk.

Due to import restrictions, high seizure rates, or psilocybin bans, we do not currently ship to:

• Other high-risk countries where packages are routinely intercepted

💥 Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If something goes wrong with your delivery — we’re here to make it right. Contact us at info@mushrush.ca within 48 hours of expected delivery if:

• Your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived

• Your shipment is damaged in transit

• You are missing an item

Where eligible, we’ll offer:

• A one-time replacement, or

• A store credit toward your next order

❗ Please note:

• We do not issue refunds for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or customs seizures

• Packages to restricted countries are not eligible for reshipment or refund
