Because our products are natural, perishable, and highly sensitive, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

But that doesn’t mean you’re left without support. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right — quickly, clearly, and respectfully.


🛠️ What We’ll Fix — No Questions Asked

If your package arrives and something’s off, here’s what to do.

We’ll offer a free one-time replacement or store credit if:

  • 📦 Your item arrives damaged

  • ❌ You received the wrong product

  • đź’¨ An item is missing from your shipment

📨 Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mushrush.ca.
We may ask for a photo of the issue so we can assess and act fast.


🚫 What’s Not Eligible for Replacement

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items

  • Unwanted effects or individual reactions

  • Delays caused by postal carriers or customs

  • Orders seized due to local laws or import restrictions

We work hard to provide accurate info and full transparency so you can feel confident before you order — but we can’t control what happens at your local border.
